APR (Apache Portable Runtime) のインストール
Apache HTTP ServerやSubversionなどに使われるAPR (Apache Portable Runtime)をソースコードからインストールする。
APRはOSのインターフェイスの違いを吸収してくれるライブラリーであり，APRを使うことでクロスプラットフォームなソフトがしやすくなるらしい。
